Dear business partners,
corona virus will be impacting the economy more and more in the upcoming weeks. Vitreus is moving full speed ahead with its production – we are very positive to fulfil all existing orders on time in full – if possible even earlier. We have taken precautious actions to avoid the stop of production.
What have we done?
We have limited the contact between the departments to a minimum level. Departments have been split up into autonomous teams – each of them having the necessary skills and competencies to act on its own and interact with the other departments. Some of our colleagues work in shift, others work from home. All these actions have been taken to ensure biggest safety for our people while we continue to serve you!
In order to maximise protection we have trained and advised strict hygiene measures. All business trips and visits are reduced to a minimum. We are at your service via telephone and / or Skype.
We are sorry for any inconvenience and the lack of our personal service. We hope to change this as soon as possible in the near future. We miss the personal contact and service with our customers, partners and friends..
We are at your disposal. Please note our current loading and office hours.
- Deliveries and loading: Monday – Friday from 10.30 am – 02.30 pm
- Office hours: Monday – Friday from 08.00 am – 03.00 pm
- We kindly ask your truck drivers to stay in their vehicle close to them. Please follow our staff instructions.
We hope you see that we are fighting the virus as much as possible. Please excuse us in case you need to wait a bit for an answer.
All deliveries are on time – we will inform you immediately should we foresee any delays.
We kindly ask you about any changes in your plants.
